What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all full-price items. You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain personal items unless they are defective.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to your “Order History” and select the relevant order.
  3. Click on “Return Items” and follow the instructions to generate your return authorization and shipping label.
  4. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, include all tags and documentation, and attach the provided shipping label.
  5. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process the return. After inspection and approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund and post it to your account.

What if my item is faulty or defective?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact our customer service team directly through the help section on tropicfeelusa.com. Please include your order number, details of the issue, and photos or a video showing the defect. We will review your case and guide you through the specific process for a replacement or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns based on change of mind or incorrect size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. However, if you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This process ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

What items are not returnable?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products, such as face masks and other personal wear items, unless they are unopened in their original packaging or are faulty. Gift cards and final sale items marked with a discount of 50% or more are also not eligible for return or refund.
